1xlite Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

By accessing the platform 1xlite via any device or web browser, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is binding from the moment you first use the platform, even before formal account registration is completed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of 1xlite shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 9 of this document.

To register and use the services 1xlite, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or ban list issued by a relevant regulatory body.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration.
• Never having had a 1xlite account closed due to a prior breach of terms.

1xlite reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for regulatory compliance purposes. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may face temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1xlite platform. Opening a second or additional account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts and balances being frozen.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account 1xlite you. This includes all bets placed, all financial transactions, and all communications sent through the platform, even if you claim they were carried out by a third party.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify 1xlite immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure your records remain accurate.
• Do not use your account for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.

All financial transactions at 1xlite processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports Malaysian local payment methods only, ensuring the security and convenience of our users.

• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (QR & Transfer)
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 1xlite reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Funds identified as originating from fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

All bets placed at 1xlite is subject to the applicable market rules. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after market closure unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.

• A bet is valid once confirmed by the system with a unique bet ID.
• Match results are sourced from the official channels of the relevant sports governing bodies (FA Malaysia, ICC, ATP, etc.).
• In the event of a technical disruption during a bet, 1xlite reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
• Bets on virtual Sports Betting are processed based on audited RNG outcomes.
• Winnings are credited to the account immediately after the official result is confirmed.
• 1xlite reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving system exploitation or market manipulation.

For football betting involving the Malaysia Super League and EPL, additional rules regarding extra time and penalties will be specified in each market. Please read the market rules before placing your bets.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1xlite subject to the specific conditions stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Welcome bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. These conditions are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Valid Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per User: Each welcome promotion may only be claimed once per user, IP address, and device.
• Eligible Markets: Some bonuses are only valid for specific markets such as football, cricket, or Live Casino. Please check the promotion terms for more details.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through unfair methods may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Platform usage 1xlite is subject to a strict code of conduct. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to automate actions on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Disrupting, compromising, or attempting to breach the security systems of the 1xlite platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing coordinated bets with other parties to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds held in the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Closure by User: You may close your 1xlite account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy within 7 business days, subject to any KYC verification that may be required.

Closure by 1xlite: We reserve the right to close or suspend any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or governing body.

In cases of closure due to a violation, 1xlite reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed to be clean will be returned at 1xlite's discretion.

Platform 1xlite provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain a stable, high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime under all circumstances.

• 1xlite is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection while placing bets.
• Correctly processed betting results will not be reversed on the grounds of dissatisfaction with sporting outcomes.
• 1xlite is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.

1xlite reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official 1xlite website. Notice of material changes may be sent via email to registered users, though this is not a mandatory requirement.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should close their account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
